Qualifications & Experience.
I’m a qualified and BACP-registered therapist and counsellor, trained at the Minster Centre, one of Europe’s leading institutions for Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I hold a BA, PGDIP, and am in the final stages of an MA. My approach combines rigorous professional training with warmth and compassion, offering you a safe and supportive space to explore what’s troubling you.
“I have always had just two goals for my career as a psychotherapist:
1. Become obsolete. That is, do my job well, including equipping my clients with the tools they need for self-care so that they will not need me anymore.
2. Improve the quality of life for my clients. This goal overrides any reliance on any one technique or theory as it is the client who will know if it is being met.”
