I’m an integrative therapist and counsellor working with people from all walks of life. I aim to offer a safe, anti-oppressive space where we can explore what’s troubling you, make sense of your story and move towards something new.

How it works
We’ll start with an initial call and an extended first session to see how we feel working together. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for; we move at your pace, focusing on what you need most when you arrive. Together, we’ll work toward stabilising the present and integrating the parts of your past that make you who you are today. We can agree on how long to work together, whether that’s a short period or something longer-term.
