Fees.

My fee is £80 a session.

I have a few concessionary places available, depending on means testing and session time. If you think that you might need this, please ask.

An initial assessment/consultation will provide an opportunity to ask questions and explore any concerns you may have about therapy. At this first appointment, we will consider what will be most helpful to your personal needs and how best to progress.

All discussions in counselling and psychotherapy are confidential.

There are of course some legal exceptions and limitations to this, which are there to help keep you safe and these will be explained at your first meeting.

All client records are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act and no client information is shared with any third party. Again any exceptions to this policy would occur only where necessary to protect the safety of clients or others.
