qualifications.

Having received extensive training at The Minster Centre, I hold a DipCon and am registered with the BACP. Currently, I’m continuing my personal development with a UKCP-accredited Master's in Psychotherapy.

Additional focussed training involves:

  • Bereavement

  • Domestic Abuse

  • Body psychotherapy

  • Object Relations

  • GSRD

  • Neurodivergence

  • CBT and short-term therapy

  • Ableism and physical disability

  • Race and Racism

  • Dream analysis

  • Severe presentations

Before training as a therapist, I spent over 20 years working in London across corporate settings, the music industry, and the charity sector. I bring lived experience and a broad cultural insight to my therapeutic work.

My practice integrates growing up in a rural setting and city living in my adult life. My clinical training offers thoughtful, intersectional inclusive support for those navigating our complex world. I work with clients to bring all parts of themselves together, creating space for a fuller, more expansive life.
