Hi, I’m Dickie, an integrative therapist and counsellor. I offer a calm, confidential space to explore what’s troubling you, at a pace that feels safe.

You’re welcome to bring whatever you’re facing, anxiety, sadness, identity questions, relationship struggles or life changes.

How I work

I’m an integrative therapist and counsellor working with people from all walks of life. I aim to offer a safe, anti-oppressive space where we can explore what’s troubling you, make sense of your story and move towards something new.

Areas of work

I offer space to explore feelings such as anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, identity questions, relationship struggles and the impact of the world around you. You can learn more about my approach and the types of therapy I offer by visiting the Therapy tab.

How it works

It can help to start with an initial call or session to see whether this space feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for; we go at your pace and shape the work around where you are when you arrive. We can agree on how long to work together, whether that’s a short period or something longer-term.
